Zero, “Attractive on the outside, fresh on the inside,” is the first built-in vacuum sealer bringing professional technology into your kitchen. It achieves near absolute vacuum, naturally slowing oxidation and ageing to maintain freshness, texture, and nutrients without compromise.

With its intuitive soft-touch panel, Zero lets you choose between three vacuum levels and pre-set cycles for marinating, meat ageing, and liquids. Its flexibility allows you to create tailored settings, adapting to any food and any culinary need.

Essential for food preservation and sous-vide cooking, Zero keeps food fresh up to five times longer in the fridge. It can also be used for water-bath sous-vide, together with Freddy, or in a steam oven. The perfect appliance for those who want professional chef-level results at home.
